Have you had a problem with your flight?

The Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004. The EC 261/2004 Regulation establishes common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of flight delays, cancellations and overbooking. According to the Regulation, you are entitled to flight compensation if you:1. Experienced a flight disruption; 2. Your flight was to/from/within the EU; 3. The flight disruption was the airline’s fault. If your flight meet this three conditions agreeding to EU Rule and Montreal Convention you may be entitled to receive a compensation up to 1.400€ per passenger. How the compensation process works

All you have to do is send us your details, filling in the contact form or by e-mail at info@wingsclaim.com, or also you can contact us by whatts-up, telling us as accurately as possible the kind of disrruptcy you suffered and what happened to your flight: the reason for the cancellation, the delay, if you have already presented a claim to the airline or other agency, etc

 

We annalyse your case

An agent will contact you in less than 72 hours and inform you if you are eligible for the compensation, the maximum amount you can receive amd also he will let you know what other onformation and documents would be required  to initiate the clam process.

Than we send you an authorization you should sign, entitling us to represent you in front of the airline. After receiving the authorization, we will start the procedure for claiming compensation from the airline and, if te airlines doesn’t proceed to the payment, we will continue the proceedings in court with no previous costs for you.

If for  whatever reason, our efforts fail, and the airline does not pay, you do not have to pay anything at all.

 Our success fee is 20%, calculated on the total amount paid by the airline.

The procedure lasts between two and three months, out of court, and up to nine months if we have to present your case in court. As soon as we have received the compensation, we will transfer it to the account you sent us, within a maximum of 72 hours,discounting the total commission mentioned above.
