How the compensation process works

Send us your flight details

All you have to do is send us your details, filling in the contact form or by e-mail at, or also you can contact us by whatts-up, telling us as accurately as possible the kind of disrruptcy you suffered and what happened to your flight: the reason for the cancellation, the delay, if you have already presented a claim to the airline or other agency, etc

We annalyse your case

An agent will contact you in less than 72 hours and inform you if you are eligible for the compensation, the maximum amount you can receive amd also he will let you know what other onformation and documents would be required  to initiate the clam process.

Than we send you an authorization you should sign, entitling us to represent you in front of the airline. After receiving the authorization, we will start the procedure for claiming compensation from the airline and, if te airlines doesn’t proceed to the payment, we will continue the proceedings in court with no previous costs for you.

Sin riesgos para ti. Sólo cobramos si tú cobras

If for  whatever reason, our efforts fail, and the airline does not pay, you do not have to pay anything at all.

Our success fee is 20%, calculated on the total amount paid by the airline.

The procedure lasts between two and three months, out of court, and up to nine months if we have to present your case in court. As soon as we have received the compensation, we will transfer it to the account you sent us, within a maximum of 72 hours, discounting the total commission mentioned above.

Each country has a deadline to initiate steps to recover the compensation provided by law. To know the time period corresponding to each country in the European Union, see our table
